Mrs. Ya Jai Charatsil is our Executive Head Chef from Udon Thani Thailand. Chef Charatsil has worked every position in a kitchen. She has over 25 years of experience working in multiple restaurants in Thailand and here in the United States. Chef Charatsil says, "I hope to be able to introduce my unique style and flavors to our customers here at Kaffir Thai."

Chef Charatsil journeyed to the United States with a strong passion to introduce Thai food to many people and a repertoire filled with recipes handed down from her grandmother and mother.

Chef Charatsil says, "Even though I may be far from my family, I always feel at home when I step into the kitchen."
